These Terms govern your use of Cookbook (the “app”), published by Yosef Shmueli (“we”, “us”). By using the app you agree to these Terms.

Your content

You own everything you put into the app. We never receive your content and have no access to it.

Cloud sync

If you enable cloud sync (such as iCloud on iOS or Google account sync on Android), your data is governed by that platform’s terms and privacy policy. We are not a party to that relationship.

Import and Export

You can export recipes as files and import files from others. You are responsible for the content of files you import.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app in any way that violates applicable law.

Intellectual property

The app’s code, design, and branding are our property. These Terms grant you only the right to use the app as described here.

Changes

If we update these Terms in a way that materially affects your rights, we’ll notify you in the app before the change takes effect.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
